We are pleased to present the CBS Annual Report for 2024-2025. Over the past year, our team has worked diligently to prepare for the deferred Aged Care Act reforms and the introduction of the Support at Home program, ensuring governance, systems, and staff training align with new requirements. We proudly achieved customer service accreditation from CSIA, reflecting our commitment to quality and client focus. We farewelled Ross Doddridge as Chair and welcomed new board members. Thanks to all staff and Directors for their dedication in supporting the Tasmanian community.
