At CBS we supply a range of services to ensure you are safe and comfortable living at your home.
Maintaining or increasing your independence is at the heart of everything we do, so our services to help you stay home for as long as possible are practical and accessible. These services are for older people, people with a mental illness, people with disability and their carers.
Solutions
CBS are able to provide you with a range of solutions that increase the level of safety for people living independently in their own homes. Safety monitoring equipment can include devices such as:
-
Personal medical alarms
This is not a monitored device but rather a device which can call and text six contacts. Up to six emergency contacts are determined by the user upon ordering the device. The user can decide if they wish to include 000 as a contact.
-
Fall detectors
Wearable devices that can detect a person falling using built in sensors. Notifications will be sent to a support provider and/or emergency services upon detection.
-
Help buttons
An emergency assistance button for you to request help within your home.
-
Smoke, gas and flood detectors
Systems to detect smoke from a fire, gas leaks or flooding from a burst pipe or leaking appliance.
-
Key safes
A place to safely store your keys with access given to chosen support provider or emergency contacts.
