    When you have received exceptional service or we have added value to you or someone you know, we’d love to hear about it. We appreciate compliments very much.

  • Recognition of good service

    If you want to recognise a specific person by name who has provided excellent service to you, let us know and tell us why.

  • Concern

    Sometimes you pick up on a potential red flag with our services that we could improve on. Please let us know. We value all the feedback we receive.

  • Complaint

    Informal complaint: If you are unhappy about anything relating to our services, and you need us to improve on this, please let us know using the attached card or via any other method listed.

    Formal complaint: We take formal complaints very seriously. To file a formal complaint, please contact our office directly. An executive manager will assist you with the formal complaints process.

  • Suggestion

    We also value ideas and suggestions, so if you have identified a potential opportunity, we would love to hear from you. It could be anything that could help improve our services to you or your loved ones.
