When visiting her home, Gillian’s support workers received praise for their efforts. Her family shared, “Gillian appeared happy, healthy, and at ease. We are very pleased with the support she has received – her support workers treat her like family.”

Another family expressed their appreciation for a recent outing with the CBS social hubs: “Greg was very pleased with the lady who took him to the maritime museum. He was in a great mood when he got home. This is the best I’ve seen him for a while. If we could have her again, that would be wonderful.”

Families also appreciate clear communication. “Your communications have been great; you always responded to our queries promptly and with good knowledge,” one family shared. Support worker Ramandeep, who recently joined the CBS team, has already made a positive impact on her clients. One family mentioned, “Ramandeep is a mature and efficient lady. She took good care of Mimi and is also helpful with domestic cleaning.”

During moments of crisis, CBS staff demonstrate their professionalism. Carol praised support worker Kara’s calm and caring presence during a stressful time, stating, “I don’t know how I would have coped without Kara while waiting for the ambulance. She continually checked on us, which I was very grateful for.”
