Client voices to shape safe, high-quality care

At CBS, we believe that the best way to deliver safe, high-quality services is to keep client voices at the heart of everything we do. To strengthen that commitment, we’re proud to announce the launch of our Client Advisory Committee.

Bringing Together a Diversity of Perspectives

The committee is made up of clients, office staff, and field staff, each bringing a unique perspective and experience. Together, they will provide advice and insights that help ensure CBS services remain responsive, inclusive, and continuously improving.

What the Committee Will Do

The Client Advisory Committee has an important role to play in shaping the way CBS delivers care. Its work includes:

  • Monitoring the quality of our services
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Reporting directly to the CBS Board
  • Exploring new initiatives and service enhancements that impact clients

By combining lived experience with frontline knowledge, the committee will help guide decisions that make a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Their dedication and insights will help strengthen our services and ensure clients remain at the centre of everything we do.
