Unlock better health with our seniors exercise program designed to promote positive ageing.

The Ageing Backwards program helps older adults improve strength, flexibility, and balance, reducing the risk of falls and enhancing overall well-being. Join our group exercise sessions tailored for elderly participants to prevent muscle loss and maintain an active lifestyle. Led by expert instructors, this program supports healthy ageing in a friendly, social environment.

Please don’t think you are not fit enough to join in. Everyone is welcome and will walk away with a feeling of accomplishment. The class caters to those who require mobility aids of any type. 

Times and locations

NEW CLASS: From Friday 18th of October, we’ll be offering an additional class at Montrose at 11am.

We currently offer classes in Montrose on Tuesday mornings at 11am and New Norfolk on Thursdays at 1pm. Contact us to find out more.
