STATEMENT 

November 2020

Community Based Support discovered an underpayment issue and has fixed it – repaying all current and former staff their full entitlements.

There were 335 staff affected and CBS has repaid $433,804.00

We highly value our staff and have apologised to them for the situation occurring.

We have put in place measures to ensure this cannot happen again.

As soon as the CBS Board was informed of the situation, it was agreed to repay the staff.

All affected staff, current and former, have been informed; the Fair Work Ombudsman and HASCU have also been informed.
