As the lead for recruitment and training at CBS, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for all new employees. The role will provide ongoing support through the employee lifecycle, identifying training needs and professional development opportunities. You will assist in the design and implementation of training and induction plans, work with external providers and manage all end to end recruitment campaigns. Your strong working relationships and sound technical knowledge will support the student work placements and train other staff to deliver positive outcomes.
Your performance will be measured through your ability to meet deadlines, work within a HR system and manage multiple priorities and personalities. Your demonstrated recruitment and training experience will add value to the current processes in place at CBS as well as provide the opportunity for innovation and change. Holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable and you must possess a current Tasmanian drivers licence. It is essential for success that you are values aligned and work well in a busy and complex environment that is focused on delivering critical services to their clients. A National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People are prerequisites to employment.
