HR Administration Officer

Searson Buck is partnering with Community Based Support to recruit an experienced Human Resources Administration Officer to join their Corporate Services Team.

Success in the role will see you have considerable experience in contemporary HR practices including data file maintenance, policies, procedures and position descriptions as well as communication with employees and stakeholders. Additionally you will administer workers compensation claims and return to work. Supporting the completion of performance appraisals and the maintenance of staff files will be a core function of responsibility as will ensuring CBS codes and standards comply with the relevant legislation and are up to date. Your performance will be measured on the positive working relationships you develop, how you communicate with staff and the support duties that you provide the HR team.

Your demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as a strong knowledge of current and contemporary HR practices will ensure your success in the position. You will foster positive partnerships through your exceptional communication skills and be values aligned to the culture of CBS. You will understand the complexities of the sector and the commercial framework under which CBS operates. Being flexible with how you work is essential. Holding a Certificate III in Business is desirable and you must possess a current Tasmanian drivers license. A current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People is mandatory.
