Full-Time Position on fixed-term contract
An excellent opportunity exists to join our dedicated Home Care Packages team. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Care Manager who has a passion for delivering innovative, modern and flexible support to clients and their carers. If you are a proactive problem solver, with an outcomes focus, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fun and engaging team environment this position is for you.
Community Based Support is a not for profit, Tasmanian organisation that supports people, who are frail aged or have disability, to live the life they choose while living in their own home for as long as possible.
This position is full time for seven months, from December 2019 to July 2020, and comes with an attractive salary, including the option to participate in salary packaging and other benefits.
The successful person will have worked in case management and/or complex care coordination within the aged care sector, have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to represent Community Based Support in a positive manner.
