Contact the Disability Support Team

Our Disability Support Team is made up of Jackie, Teresa, Greg, Vicki and Mel. They are located at the CBS head office in Moonah.  They will work with you to organise your support services and will help to find the best support staff to match your needs.

 

You can telephone or email them anytime between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

 

The team really like the work they do supporting people living with disability, so if you would like to speak to someone in the team you can do this by calling us on 1300 227 827 or by emailing us on disability@cbsaust.org.au.  The team are also able to come and visit you at home, or you can come and meet with them at one of our offices in Hobart, Launceston or Huonville.  Its really up to you!
