Ageing Backwards Exercise Groups
This program assists people to maintain, or increase, their physical well-being by offering low impact and gentle movement classes, with each session guided by Exercise Physiologists.

Who is this service for?
People aged 65 and over, people with a mental illness, and younger people living with disability.
These groups are suitable for people who want to:
- Maintain and increase mobility;
- Socialise and have fun;
- Stay active and regain strength after an injury or an operation;
Program details
The sessions run for approximately one hour on varying weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Water Aerobics

This program assists people to maintain, or increase, their physical well-being by offering low impact water aerobics, with each session guided by a professional fitness instructor.

Who is this service for?
People aged 65 and over, people living with mental illness, and younger people living with disability.
For people with limited mobility, there is a hoist available for transfers to and from the water.
These groups are suitable for people who want to:
- Maintain and increase mobility;
- Socialise and have fun;
- Stay active and regain strength after an injury or an operation.
Program details
Sessions are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays for approximately one hour (excluding public holidays).
